Howl designed and built the AI Operator Assistant — a production AI system that monitors fleet activity in real time, predicts demand by zone, applies surge pricing automatically, and communicates directly with drivers and passengers via WhatsApp. The system operates across three modes: Autopilot (fully automated), Co-Pilot (AI acts, operator approves), and Assist (AI suggests, operator decides). This graduated approach was critical to operator adoption.
